Standard Residential Service Rates

Our community's water meters are read within the last two weeks of the month. We strive to do it the last week in the month, however if the calander days do not allow that, we will start towards the end of the third week of the month. WE ASK THAT IF YOU HAVE DOGS THAT YOU HAVE THEM TIED UP OR INSIDE YOUR HOME. Recently we have had a problem with our meter readers being bitten and lunged at.

The bills are sent out on the last business day of the month. Your bill is due on the 16th of every month. It is late on the 17th and a 10% penalty will be applied to your account.

Cutoffs are done the 17th of every month UNLESS it is a weekend day then cutoffs will be done at the beggining of the next business day. WE ONLY CUTOFF FOR WHATS 30 DAYS PAST DUE!!!

Cutoff fee is $100.00 The cutoff fee will be applied to your account if the meter reader comes to your home to shut you off REGARDLESS if you stop him and say you have money. Our meter readers will not accept money, you will need to come to the office and pay. When you come to the office and pay a MINIMUM of your past due amount we will have your water turned back on as soon as possible. If it is past 5:30 P.M. we will turn your water on the next business day.

  • Cutoff Fee                      $100.00
  • Return check charge        $15.00
  • Tampering fee                $200.00 and a report to the local authorities for 1st offense
  • 2nd offense will be a        $200.00 fee and the case will be turned over to the District Attorney
  • Tampering WILL NOT be tolerated
